Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

What you will do

• Lead product design within a core product area and own experiences from problem framing through polished, developer-ready execution.
• Conduct discovery through user research, interviews, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate insights into usable, accessible solutions that account for multiple states and edge cases.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to frame problems and identify effective solutions.
• Prototype and test concepts at the appropriate level of fidelity.
• Contribute to a reusable, accessible, and well-documented design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality visual craft.
• Proficiency in Figma, component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.
• Clear communication of design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs.
• Strong visual and interaction design judgment, with curiosity and empathy for user outcomes.
