TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing intuitive B2B SaaS workflows and AI-powered product experiences for entity and governance operations with an accent on product discovery, user research, and interaction design. Focus on translating complex customer problems into prototypes and production-ready designs, evolving design systems, and creating useful, trustworthy AI interactions.
Location: Fully remote within Canada or the United States; candidates must be eligible to live and work in one of these countries.

What you will do
- Lead product discovery with Product Managers by understanding customer problems, testing assumptions, and translating insights into product direction.
- Design intuitive, modern experiences for complex B2B and enterprise workflows.
- Explore AI interaction patterns and turn emerging capabilities into useful, intuitive, and trustworthy product experiences.
- Rapidly move from concepts to workflows, prototypes, and high-quality designs that support product decisions and development.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, customers, and executive leadership to align product direction and challenge assumptions.
- Drive interaction and visual design quality, evolve design systems, and partner with Engineering through final implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of complex product experiences.
- Strong design principles, product judgment, and ability to simplify complex problems and connect design decisions to outcomes.
- Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software and strong interest in AI-powered features, workflows, or interactions.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and FigJam; experience with Pendo and modern user research methods.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Cursor for exploration, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Eligibility to live and work in Canada or the United States.
