Senior Product UX/UI Designer (AI)

Location: NYC-Metro, hybrid

Base compensation: $160,000–$180,000 annually, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product experiences from initial concept through polished execution.
• Work directly with key customers to develop AI-first product experiences.
• Translate business objectives into user-centered designs with product managers and engineers.
• Shape and refine a cohesive, scalable design system.
• Conduct user research and use insights to guide design decisions.
• Develop prototypes to validate features, workflows, and interactions while maintaining a high design bar.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced environment and a portfolio demonstrating best work.
• Ability to turn complex challenges into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Deep understanding of design systems and strong visual and interaction design craft.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for explaining design concepts and rationale.

Nice to have

• Technical background in computer science.
• Side projects or other evidence of independently making and exploring things.
