Senior Product UX/UI Designer (AI)

Location: NYC-Metro; hybrid work

Base compensation: $160,000–$180,000 annually, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product experiences from initial concepts through polished execution.
• Work directly with key customers to improve AI-first product experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn business objectives into user-centered designs.
• Shape and refine the product design system and scalable visual language.
• Conduct user research, identify pain points, and apply insights to design decisions.
• Build prototypes to explore and validate features, workflows, and interactions while maintaining a high design standard.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product design work.
• Ability to simplify complex challenges into intuitive experiences.
• Deep understanding of design systems, visual design, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to product decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting design concepts and rationale.

Nice to have

• Technical background in computer science.
• Side projects or other evidence of independent making and experimentation.
