What you will do

• Collect and analyze product performance, customer behavior, feedback, sales, and usage data.
• Identify trends, anomalies, growth opportunities, churn risks, and cross-sell opportunities across the product lifecycle.
• Develop customer insights dashboards, KPI reports, and enablement materials for the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, product, technology, analytics, and customer service stakeholders.
• Present insights, lead enablement sessions, measure outcomes, and establish feedback loops.
• Support product planning, development, marketing campaigns, and data-driven sales activities across regions and countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, product-related work, or sales enablement.
• Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and action-planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional sales, marketing, technology, and analytics teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an independent, detail-oriented, proactive approach.
