Sr. Project Manager

Location: Remote based in the United States; travel up to 50% of the time required.

Annual base salary: $115,000–$135,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage Professional Services engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, workstream coordination, and Statement of Work ownership.
• Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of complex projects while tracking progress, variability, reporting metrics, and project health.
• Identify project risks with customers and internal teams, then execute mitigation strategies within the defined escalation path.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications, serve as the first project escalation point, and support executive steering committees.
• Lead collaboration across consulting, architecture, PMO, cloud operations, product, support, and partner teams.
• Support new business growth, proposal development, and budget estimation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years leading successful implementations of COTS software or platform-based solutions for Tier-1 government clients.
• At least 5 years leading projects with budgets of $1M or more, durations of 12 months or longer, and multiple government departments or groups.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects at different delivery stages.
• Strong technical background with enterprise-class software delivery experience, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing client demands.
• Ability to communicate with CxO-level personnel and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BA or BS in a technical discipline or a similar technical degree; PMP certification is preferred.
