Sr. IT Project Manager

Location: Remote in Texas, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Oversee complex IT system projects and programs from planning through execution.
• Assemble and lead project teams, identify resources, and develop delivery schedules.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage partnerships, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage interdependencies and integration across related projects when overseeing programs.
• Contribute to technical product selection, solution design, and practical IT implementation.
• Apply SDLC and ITIL knowledge to manage technology project risks and delivery challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of technical experience.
• Demonstrated experience with technical product selection, technical design, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Ability to work remotely from Texas with a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience with data warehouses, decision support, and reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, IBM relational database management systems, executive information systems, and statistical software.
• Knowledge of COBOL, CICS, DB2, ASP, COM, .NET, and SQL.
• Six Sigma or Project Management Institute certification and experience in the health solutions industry.
