Sales Manager Benelux (Packaging)

What you will do

• Develop and implement sales plans for customer accounts across the France Northern Region and Benelux.
• Manage customer negotiations, contracts, pricing, sales volumes, budgets, and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and increase commercial efficiency.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding markets, competitors, supply chain needs, and technical developments.
• Handle commercial claims and ensure customer commitments are fulfilled throughout contract lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Customer Technical Service, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Business School or university degree.
• At least 10 years of senior-level commercial experience, ideally in manufacturing and an international business.
• Problem-solving skills and a results- and continuous-improvement-oriented approach.
• Technical understanding sufficient to support customers and internal Customer Technical Service or Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of food industry principles; knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Experience in packaging manufacturing.
