What you will do
- Manage and grow a healthcare client portfolio including hospitals, universities, and medical institutions across the Benelux.
- Drive contract renewals and ensure high customer retention rates.
- Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities for products like Lexidrug.
- Deliver value-based sales conversations with physicians, hospital leadership, and C-level decision-makers.
- Analyze usage data to demonstrate ROI and optimize product adoption.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams on onboarding, training, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management and/or field sales.
- Proven experience within the healthcare, medical, or clinical solutions sector.
- Strong track record in value-based selling and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
