What you will do

• Lead the department's estimating efforts and direct the work of estimators.
• Organize and price equipment, materials, and labor for estimates and price quotes.
• Develop cash flow, escalation, interest, and contingency analyses.
• Prepare conceptual, hard-bid, continuation, and new-work estimates.
• Build and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Provide input, training, and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• Typically, a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 5–8 years of related experience, or a master's degree and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Certification may be required in some areas.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex problems with incomplete information.
• Ability to work independently and oversee project assignments, including planning, monitoring, and reviewing work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments when applicable.
