What you will do

• Support project scheduling and ensure correct installation methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate project priorities with field staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs, work orders, tickets, and site-condition documentation.
• Manage quality standards, punch lists, and closeout through owner and architect acceptance.
• Administer the safety program, report and investigate incidents, and support inspections by outside agencies.
• Organize the site team, arrange temporary facilities and utilities, and expedite long-lead items.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and project-specific software.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, collaboration, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with tenant renovations, service work, occupied spaces, weekend work, or fast-paced projects.
• Project lead experience.
