Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; on-site construction work with travel to project sites and availability for long-term out-of-town assignments.
Estimated pay: $78,000–$124,000 per year.

What you will do
- Manage on-site construction activities, including drawings, tools, equipment, materials, training, and daily field coordination.
- Coordinate with the Superintendent, Project Manager, trade contractors, suppliers, owners, and design teams to maintain schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor site-specific safety and quality plans, lead safety meetings, identify hazards, and report incidents.
- Manage project cost codes, budgets, production units, procurement, schedules, punch lists, and close-out procedures.
- Support pre-construction, constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, pricing estimates, and project planning.
- Participate in proposals, presentations, client relationship development, and industry organization activities.
Requirements
- Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field plus 2+ years of related experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus 7+ years of directly related experience.
- Experience with construction management and project software such as Procore, MS Project, P6, Excel, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Understanding of building plans and specifications, value engineering, life cycle costing, safety initiatives, and compliance.
- Current or ability to become current with OSHA 30 and company safety requirements.
- Ability to work on construction sites, travel to project sites, accept long-term out-of-town assignments, and work in varying climate conditions.
- Ability to climb, walk, lift, carry, push, perform repetitive motions, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
