Associate, Project Delivery (Renewable Energy)

Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States; moderate travel required for site visits and meetings with construction teams and local stakeholders.

Expected annual base salary: $110,000–$130,000, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage projects from mid-stage development through financing, construction, and commercial operation.
• Manage construction activities with in-house and third-party technical and field support teams.
• Prioritize shifting project needs, delegate resources, and resolve technical, legal, commercial, and other issues.
• Oversee environmental, civil engineering, and electrical engineering consultants.
• Manage relationships with landowners, permitting authorities, financing parties, interconnection utilities, and offtake utilities.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across project development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management.

Requirements

• At least four years of applicable experience.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in the power or renewable energy industry, particularly solar project development, construction, or asset management, is highly relevant.
• Moderate travel for site visits and meetings is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with or interest in contract negotiation and management, including PPA, GIA, EPC, and equipment supply agreements.
