What you will do

• Coordinate project development from feasibility stage through to EPC contract execution.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and construction teams to manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deploy EPC RFP bid packages and analyze responses to make formal selection recommendations.
• Manage EPC contract negotiations and ensure alignment with project assumptions and financial goals.
• Monitor commodity price fluctuations and provide feedback to estimating teams to ensure accurate CAPEX projections.
• Maintain project tracking tools and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a Renewables Project Management role.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify employer).
• Deep understanding of the project lifecycle, including permitting, entitlements, design, and utility processes.
• Strong familiarity with photovoltaic solar and energy storage components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, ProCore, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing external EPC contractors.
