Project Manager, SDI Services (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Sacramento, California, United States; frequent travel is expected. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $110,448–$138,060 per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day management of assigned solar PV construction projects from handoff through closeout.
• Manage contracts, schedules, budgets, change orders, risks, reporting, documentation, meetings, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate drilling pile, racking, and module installation, quality control, material logistics, and project procurement.
• Collaborate with field management, subcontractors, vendors, procurement teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor productivity, performance, work quality, safety standards, and compliance with installation best practices.
• Attend site walks and pre-construction meetings while supporting technical, fiscal, and administrative project functions.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
