Senior Director, Ecommerce Online Pharmacy

What you will do

• Own the ecommerce strategy, revenue plan, P&L, and execution for the online pharmacy business.
• Drive acquisition, conversion, retention, average order value, revenue, and margin growth.
• Own the end-to-end customer journey, including checkout, mobile experience, reorders, and subscriptions.
• Lead merchandising strategy covering pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and product assortments.
• Define ecommerce KPIs, use analytics and testing to guide decisions, and communicate performance to executive leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing ecommerce team while aligning Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Care.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ecommerce or digital business experience, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of a high-volume ecommerce P&L.
• Strong experience in conversion optimization, digital merchandising, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on digital performance execution.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort with ambiguity, tradeoffs, analytics, and forecasting.
• Undergraduate degree; a master’s degree in computer science or business is desired.
