Salary: $107,200 – $145,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for e-commerce capabilities to drive revenue and user adoption.
• Identify and eliminate friction points in the online purchasing platform to accelerate digital transactions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the product for growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, and Marketing to deliver customer-centric features.
• Monitor KPIs and conversion funnels using analytics tools to optimize the user journey.
• Coordinate with Data Science, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated B2B e-commerce experience building or scaling online purchasing platforms.
• Proven track record of improving online conversion metrics and driving revenue growth.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML, cloud computing, and big data.
• Experience partnering with Marketing on SEO and lead-generation strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work in Irvine, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with self-serve SaaS purchasing models.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Pendo, and A/B testing methodologies.
