Director, Product Management (Integrated Hardware and Software Solutions)

Location: Remote position based in the United States; occasional travel up to 20%.

Base compensation: $160,860–$210,000 annually.

What you will do

• Define and champion the long-term product strategy and roadmap for operating room and ambulatory surgery center solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Product Managers across the full product lifecycle.
• Own the development and commercialization of new hardware and software solutions, including market definition, pricing, go-to-market execution, and business performance.
• Serve as the product domain expert for operating room and ambulatory surgery center medication management.
• Bridge Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support product development and launch readiness.
• Drive data-informed roadmap prioritization while balancing technical debt, innovation, and feature delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience focused on hardware and software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing Product Managers.
• Proven success launching, scaling, and managing B2B hardware and software products.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmap planning, pricing, go-to-market alignment, and cross-functional leadership.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or an equivalent field.
