Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through hiring.
• Source and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
• Obtain candidate approvals and conduct prescreens and interviews.
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate reference checks.
• Complete additional pre-employment tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, four or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or a combination of both.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Self-motivation, initiative, accountability, dependability, and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment law, EEO, affirmative action, and diversity policies.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
