FWA Business Intelligence Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead business intelligence initiatives covering data collection, integration, analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Support Fraud, Waste, and Abuse investigations, provider reviews, stop/void checks, prepay denials, fraud detection, and payment prevention.
• Lead internal and enterprise improvement projects involving operational improvements, AI integration, automation, and platform implementation.
• Improve key performance indicators and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements across business, project management, and technical programs.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in data analysis, including enhancing relational datasets for reporting and analytics.
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with Fraud, Waste, and Abuse in healthcare or banking, plus advanced experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience with healthcare-related data, data visualization, and solving diverse business problems through analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Advanced SQL, SAS, and other data systems experience.
• Experience with Tableau and Qlik.
• Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling.
• Experience creating analytics solutions for healthcare sectors.
