Manager, Market Performance (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Analyze market operations, member utilization patterns, and the care model to identify opportunities for lower-cost preventive care and improved efficiency.
• Oversee daily operational workflows, including hospital discharge follow-ups and HEDIS outreach.
• Track weekly and monthly team KPIs, identify workflow bottlenecks, and implement tactical fixes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate between frontline staff, market leadership, and central teams to escalate and resolve barriers to care.
• Coach and motivate the team while supporting execution of operational changes and new project rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a related service-oriented field.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing people or leading a significant functional workstream.
• Familiarity with healthcare metrics such as patient engagement and appointment keep rates.
• Ability to solve tactical operational challenges, improve team efficiency, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Medical clearance is required for member-facing roles, including evidence of immunity and a TB screen, unless an approved medical or religious accommodation applies.
