Audio Visual Services Coordinator

Hiring salary range: $60,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Set up, operate, test, and dismantle audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment for executive, client, and routine meetings.
• Provide hands-on meeting support, remote assistance to other offices, end-user training, troubleshooting, and issue escalation.
• Coordinate with meeting hosts, attorneys, clients, Administration, and IT on advanced technical support.
• Configure meeting rooms, seating arrangements, telecommunications connections, presentation systems, and in-room computer equipment.
• Maintain conference room integrity, perform preventive maintenance, and report housekeeping, safety, cabling, and technical issues.
• Support change management, multimedia requests, technology updates, certifications, and occasional overtime or off-hours needs.

Requirements

• At least three years of audiovisual experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of videoconferencing systems, audiovisual technologies, and PC-based applications.
• Working knowledge of h.323, SIP, Microsoft networking, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, with break/fix support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom; experience with Cisco telepresence, Cisco UCM, Cisco TMS, and Polycom codecs is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, confidentiality, independent work, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, reach, and carry up to 50 pounds; an associate degree or AV certificate is preferred.
