What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on recruiting needs and evolving team requirements.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, applicant assessment, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines through online sourcing, networking, advertising, and relationship management.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain data on recruitment activity, candidate flow, interviews, and hires.
• Coach managers on candidate attraction, interviewing, selection, onboarding, compensation, and applicable employment practices.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and performance reports, and travel to recruiting events as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in recruiting, outreach, candidate engagement, and strategic talent acquisition.
• Ability to present active and passive candidates to senior leadership and executives.
• Ability to support recruitment across multiple operational portfolios and industry-specific hiring needs.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
