What you will do

• Support relay protection and control engineering for substation projects across different sizes, complexities, and voltage classes.
• Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, cost estimates, specifications, evaluations, and requisitions.
• Develop technical knowledge in substation design, electrical control systems, and protective relaying.
• Apply company design, construction, quality assurance and quality control, safety, and document control standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate records and ensure the quality of completed work.
• Travel when required to support project work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• EIT certification is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code and IEEE/ANSI standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including adapting standard approaches to difficult problems.
