Senior Consultant, Client Onboarding (Custody)

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Candidates must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment. Employment permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage new business implementations and fund launches for global custody clients.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, investment managers, prior custodians, and internal stakeholders throughout transitions.
• Define transition timetables, onboarding schedules, project plans, milestones, deliverables, and governance activities.
• Coordinate Custody and other workstreams across regions, including client servicing, operations, risk, and performance teams.
• Translate client processing requirements into internal procedures and documentation, ensuring accurate account setup.
• Track scope, risks, issues, resources, and progress; provide regular status reports and escalate matters to project or program leadership and steering groups.

Requirements

• Experience with custody products, services, and custody system capabilities.
• Knowledge of investment management operations within asset management, fund accounting, or a similar environment.
• Business analysis and project management experience covering the full project lifecycle through implementation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead transition and client servicing teams, manage tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
