Localization Project Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and end-to-end delivery.
• Lead strategic manufacturing and operational projects involving third-party manufacturers and external vendors.
• Coordinate domestic and international cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, monitor performance, analyse budget variances, and develop contingency plans.
• Manage project documentation, including operational plans, quality transfer documents, vendor contracts, SOWs, and MSAs.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations while facilitating problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

• BSc in a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of project management or related experience, including 2 or more years in a similar project management role.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a regulated environment, including FDA-regulated industries.
• Experience managing external vendors, third-party manufacturers, or supplier-based projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, budget control, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery.
