What you will do

• Act as a company ambassador to secure new business and provide high-quality project delivery services.
• Lead, execute, and oversee multi-discipline engineering and architecture design teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach, presentations, and technical committees.
• Generate scopes of work, project proposals, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Mentor the project management team and support recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Drive project delivery strategy and quality standards across the entire life cycle from feasibility to qualification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or an engineering discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience working within a cGMP regulated environment.
• Proven experience providing project management services to life science clients.
• Experience functioning as a Team Leader supporting multiple complex projects.
• Must be based in or able to work in Burlington, MA.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
