Project Manager (Utility Software Implementation)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; travel to client locations may be required up to 50% or as needed.

What you will do

• Manage software implementation projects and proposals from the proposal stage through completion.
• Lead project implementation teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Develop and maintain workflow plans covering systems analysis, technical design, implementation, procurement, testing, production cutover, and client delivery.
• Control project budgets, schedules, cash flows, billing, earned value tracking, profitability, and change orders.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, meetings, and communication with clients, technical teams, management, and the PMO.
• Develop delivery statements of work and support RFP responses.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience in the utility domain.
• Experience leading large-scale, multifaceted enterprise consulting and technology projects in an electric or gas utility environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, budgeting, financial management, organization, decision-making, and communication.
• Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders and multiple technical teams, work independently, and build and motivate teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to travel to client locations up to 50% or as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing large SCADA, EMS, or ADMS programs, preferably on the technology vendor side.
• PMP certification.
