Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale and complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring schedule, quality, scope, and budget targets are met.
• Develop operational project plans, monitor progress and performance, and prepare regular status reports.
• Coordinate internal teams across software development, information security, IT, customer service, training, legal, procurement, and finance.
• Work with internal stakeholders, external clients, third-party vendors, and senior leadership to deliver products and solutions.
• Manage complex customizations, new modules, framework enhancements, and solutions for new countries or locations.
• Resolve and escalate issues, manage scope changes and conflicts, oversee budgets and billing, and mentor less experienced project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, or equivalent training and work experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Broad and deep expertise in project management methodologies and industry practices.
• Experience managing complex projects, evaluating variable factors, and making decisions across functional areas.
• Strong stakeholder communication, negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
• Ability to coordinate personnel and mentor less experienced project managers.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
