What you will do
- Own the Integrated Business Planning PMO process and govern the site engineering and facilities project portfolio.
- Develop and maintain the Site Master Plan and integrate site requirements into a rolling multi-year strategic capital plan.
- Provide portfolio analysis, scenario planning, feasibility studies, and data-driven recommendations for capital investment decisions.
- Coordinate portfolio decisions, roadmaps, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and site leadership.
- Facilitate resource loading and capacity analysis, resolving portfolio-level conflicts, interdependencies, and trade-offs.
- Improve PMO governance and engineering processes through KPIs, retrospectives, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of directly related experience in engineering, facilities, or capital project environments.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience directing teams, programs, portfolios, or resource allocation.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP environments and experience supporting a 24-hour manufacturing site.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, prioritisation, risk-management, and decision-making skills in highly matrixed organisations.
Nice to have
- Formal project management qualification such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and transferring project and portfolio management expertise.
