Machine Maintenance-3rd Shift

Location: Townsend, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

Compensation: $28.00–$29.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and evaluate machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment to identify root causes.
• Disassemble machines and repair or replace damaged parts.
• Clean and lubricate components, order replacement parts, and adjust equipment to specifications.
• Adapt procedures, tools, materials, and equipment to address special maintenance requirements.
• Inspect completed repairs and support others in resolving complex equipment problems.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least two years of prior machine-maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and machine tools.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs.
• Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of prior machine-maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, and mechanical aptitude skills.
