Label Machine Operator - A Shift

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas, USA; A Shift runs Sunday–Tuesday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines and minimize material waste.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes of issues.
• Maintain accurate raw-material logs using the ERP system.
• Inspect output closely to support a zero-defect quality standard and meet product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while collaborating with the production team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Color vision sufficient to distinguish product variations.
• Ability to remain focused during high-pressure shifts, adapt to changing priorities, and support coworkers.
