Machine Operator - Nights

Location: New Century, Kansas, USA; onsite, full-time night shift from 9:30pm to 6am, Saturday through Wednesday.

Starting pay: $20.50 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and operate label machines to meet production and retail delivery requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain a zero-defect approach to production.
• Minimize material waste and accurately record raw materials in the ERP system.
• Maintain dies and report technical issues to the Facility Manager.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized while following SOPs, PPE requirements, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related production-environment experience.
• Strong mechanical skills, root-cause thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong color vision and manual dexterity.
• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and support coworkers when needed.
