What you will do

• Initiate, launch, and lead multiple product development programs involving new and existing technologies.
• Define program scope and ensure timing, quality, delivery, and customer requirements are met.
• Communicate and escalate issues affecting cost, quality, timing, resources, and specifications.
• Manage program costs, schedules, and controls.
• Lead internal program launch meetings and provide regular customer updates.
• Promote manufacturing commonality and practical production methods for new designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable product development and/or manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of project or program management fundamentals.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required and verified through E-Verify.
• Ability to work onsite in Zeeland, Michigan.
