Operations Program Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage schedules and execution for current and new manufacturing programs, from optimization through production implementation.
• Coordinate logistics, resources, manufacturing preparation, and implementation timelines across engineering, operations, and production teams.
• Align internal and external stakeholders around program goals, milestones, risks, and status.
• Create program reports, executive summaries, analytics, and reporting tools for management and project teams.
• Facilitate productive project meetings, track action items, and communicate risks and recovery options.
• Identify program issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution to ensure factory readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and engineering software.
• Strong prioritization, time management, communication, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal guidance and coordinate teams during issue resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Aconex, PlanGrid, or Procore.
