Program Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead multi-regional, cross-functional new product introduction programs for the Retail business.
• Deliver new products and processes through the hirify.global NPI gate process within budget, schedule, quality, and functionality requirements.
• Assess resource needs, manage global capacity and demand, and address resource gaps with sponsors and functional leaders.
• Build and maintain detailed resource-loaded project plans using critical path management, including planned-versus-actual-versus-forecast reporting.
• Present program status, risks, issues, deliverables, and timing to senior leadership and program sponsors.
• Support PMO process improvements and resolve systemic or organizational gaps affecting program execution.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of project leadership experience and 7 years of related business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent technical experience.
• Experience across at least two functional areas, such as engineering, project management, manufacturing, quality, or operations.
• Hands-on Microsoft Project expertise for daily use, cross-functional project management experience, and experience with stage-gate processes.
• Strong planning, negotiation, consulting, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to travel up to 5–10% of the time.

Nice to have

• PMI PMP certification.
• Global project management experience.
• Manufacturing product implementation or new product development experience.
• Fluency in Spanish.
