TL;DR
Senior Systems Administrator I (AI/Cloud): Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure services across virtualization, AI, identity systems, cloud environments, operating systems, and collaboration platforms with an accent on high availability, security, scalability, and disaster recovery. Focus on troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, supporting hybrid-cloud and identity federation initiatives, providing Tier-3 escalation support, and maintaining global compute and storage environments.
Location: Tampa, United States; office and manufacturing-facility environment. On-call 24x7 coverage, shift work, and overtime may be required. Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to U.S. Government contract requirements.

What you will do
- Design, implement, administer, monitor, and support operating systems, hypervisors, applications, cloud platforms, storage, and enterprise collaboration services.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and design resolutions.
- Support high availability, business continuity, redundancy, disaster recovery, security, and scalability across enterprise systems.
- Lead system planning, installation, technical design, project delivery, change management, and documentation.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, identity federation, cloud services, virtual desktops, databases, web servers, and mail security gateways.
- Provide Tier-3 escalation support, participate in on-call rotations, and support continuous monitoring of on-premises, remote, and cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and 5 years of networking and operating-system experience, or an associate degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience administering Windows and Linux servers, including RHEL, CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Ubuntu, in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DFS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, TCP/IP, network services, and load balancing.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, VMware or Hyper-V, virtual desktops, databases, web servers, identity federation, and monitoring platforms.
- Must be eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
- Must hold at least one relevant certification, such as VCP, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, CCNA, or CISSP.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAN, NAS, virtual storage, backup, replication, Veeam, vSAN, Nimble, or DataDomain.
- Experience administering Copilot Studio AI applications, MFA platforms, federation services, enterprise certificate authorities, and Azure Local.
- PowerShell scripting experience for server and platform management.
