What you will do

• Administer and support Windows Server, Windows desktop, VMware, Citrix, server builds, and application infrastructure.
• Manage hosted, on-premises, and cloud server environments while providing advanced troubleshooting for escalations and outages.
• Perform proactive maintenance, vulnerability remediation, audit remediation, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support application deployments, infrastructure changes, and multi-tier applications.
• Collaborate with technical and incident management teams and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide technical support for Active Directory, Exchange, networking protocols, and related infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience administering Windows Server, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, Exchange, and end-user systems, with strong troubleshooting skills across multiple technologies.
• Experience using PowerShell for infrastructure administration and working with server hardware, hypervisors, or VMware ESXi.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, SMTP, LDAP, DNS, and network monitoring.
• Experience installing, deploying, and supporting multi-tier applications.
• Experience with service-level agreements, change management processes, and ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with application deployment tools such as BigFix, Microsoft Configuration Manager, or similar technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer focus, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot.
• Azure, Microsoft 365, or Cisco CCNA certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager, Windows Deployment Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, CrowdStrike, Internet Information Services, BigFix, or ServiceNow.
