Senior Associate, Systems Administrator (Palm Bay) (TS/SCI with FS Poly)

Location: Palm Bay, Florida, United States; onsite role supporting classified systems.

What you will do

• Provide end-user desktop support for systems and applications locally and across the classified WAN.
• Perform system updates, patching, hardening, and related security activities to reduce vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
• Support system administration, network management, and desktop/software operations.
• Partner with program engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver IT solutions aligned with program needs and schedules.
• Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of prior related experience; or a graduate degree/equivalent with 0–2 years of prior related experience; or at least 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networking protocols, PowerShell, and security best practices.
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
• Ability to meet U.S. citizenship and security-clearance eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8/9, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
• Experience administering VMware or comparable virtualization platforms.
• Experience with Commvault or similar backup and recovery solutions.
