Compensation: $107,500 – $188,400 USD

What you will do

• Define and drive a comprehensive growth strategy for AI-enabled clinical products across the entire funnel.
• Improve discovery, access, and activation flows for clinicians across web, mobile, and enterprise channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, sales, and engineering to achieve growth OKRs.
• Develop measurement frameworks and use cohort analysis to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Shape onboarding and early user experiences to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Monitor growth performance and communicate insights and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of product management experience with a focus on growth, acquisition, or user engagement.
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in user adoption and activation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product strategy.
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering and data teams.
• Experience operating in complex or enterprise-level environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person interviews/work from a US office.

• Experience in healthcare technology or clinical decision support.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products and LLM-based features.
• Understanding of regulatory environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST.
