Associate Director Predictive Algorithms Global Capability Owner (AI)

Location: Remote/Home-Based, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; US-based candidates only. The role requires 20–30% travel.

Salary: $160,000–$240,000 base pay annually for US-based candidates, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits eligibility.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes for the Predictive Algorithms global capability.
• Develop enterprise predictive modeling and AI-driven recommendation products, including patient prediction, dynamic targeting, next-best-action engines, and model governance frameworks.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery plans.
• Partner with Tech Leads, Suite Leads, development teams, data teams, activation teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead discovery, solution shaping, experimentation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of predictive algorithm products.
• Track adoption, engagement metrics, and outcome KPIs to demonstrate product value and improve customer experience across global markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience in digital product management, product ownership, or managing product roadmap creation and delivery within a cross-functional team.
• Experience with predictive modeling and AI-driven recommendation platforms, machine learning tools, next-best-action engines, dynamic targeting, audience segmentation, and model governance.
• Experience with Agile product development and product operating models, as well as tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Must be US-based; 20–30% travel is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
• Experience working in a product operating model and with digital or operational product teams.
• Experience with rare disease or specialty brands and related stakeholder dynamics.
