Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at an approved hirify.global office or client site in the United States. Approved locations include Dallas, Austin, Houston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Bellevue, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Phoenix, Portland, Reno, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Arlington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Appleton, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Denver, Southfield, Downers Grove, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Wichita, Boston, Edison, Hartford, New York, Melville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Columbia, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Orlando, Raleigh, and Tampa.

Base salary: $160,000–$240,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of transformation programs that drive consistency and standardization across global delivery centers.
• Support delivery center strategy, stakeholder management, governance, steering committees, and periodic portfolio reviews.
• Develop playbooks covering delivery center engagement, operating practices, onboarding, and scalable processes.
• Manage communications, portal content, presentations, case studies, and brand consistency across delivery centers.
• Build customer success stories and testimonials to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Support growth of a global delivery workforce to more than 10,000 resources across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Experience running transformation program portfolios that build, scale, and integrate multi-region delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models, global delivery center operations, and multi-tower integration.
• Strong portfolio and program management, execution, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.
• Fluent and professional English, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate in multinational environments.

• MBA degree.
• Experience with large-scale ramp-ups involving 5,000–10,000+ resources.
