VP, Portfolio Delivery Lead

Salary: $141,419–$235,664 per year

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of interconnected programs and projects across one or more business units.
• Align portfolio roadmaps and delivery with business objectives and organizational standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, communications, governance, reporting, and decision support.
• Monitor project output quality, resolve priority conflicts, and assess resource requirements.
• Support PMO budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and developmental guidance to portfolio team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5–10 years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
• 5+ years of experience delivering technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Experience managing budgets from $10M to $50M.

• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
