Director Enterprise Program and Project Management

Location: Remote for residents of Washington, California, Virginia, North Carolina, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, or South Carolina. Candidates in Washington state within a reasonable driving distance of Tukwila are expected to work from headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; candidates outside the commute distance may work remotely from an approved state.

Target pay range: $199,300–$243,800 annually. Full pay range: $155,200–$288,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of program and project management professionals.
• Mature enterprise portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, planning, execution, and outcome measurement.
• Advance product-oriented operating models, lean portfolio concepts, and outcome-based governance.
• Partner with senior and executive leaders to evaluate priorities, investments, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Oversee complex programs and projects across multiple business units, including scope, resources, financial discipline, governance, and accountability.
• Translate portfolio information into executive insights while strengthening delivery practices and organizational capability through change, coaching, mentoring, and career-path development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent education or work experience.
• At least 8 years of related functional experience, including 5 years of people leadership.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects, programs, or portfolios across organizational boundaries.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and product-oriented delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change, solve complex problems, and influence outcomes.
• Experience with short- and long-range planning and connecting organizational priorities to execution.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or similar Agile certification.
• Experience with lean portfolio management, product-oriented operating models, outcome-based governance, or enterprise portfolio transformation.
