Mental Health Therapist (Maryland)

Location: Annapolis, Waldorf, and Cumberland, Maryland; must be a full-time resident of the United States and have office space to see clients in the Maryland area. In-person and virtual care are available, with in-person care strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients across a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from mild presentations to complex and severe conditions.
• Apply clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when needed.
• Deliver care through a private or group practice, with a strong emphasis on in-person sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license allowing independent practice without supervision.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience working with children, adults, couples, and/or families and managing clinical crises.
• Full-time United States residency and office space in the Maryland area are required.
