Licensed Mental Health Therapist (North Carolina)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; independent or associate licensure in North Carolina required

Full-time salary: $70,000–$80,000 base plus bonus. Part-time rate: $49–$61/hour. Signing bonuses may be available.

What you will do

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults.
• Deliver individual and group-based mental health care in a virtual setting.
• Integrate evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians.
• Build therapeutic relationships and provide in-depth care for groups of up to eight clients.

Requirements

• Hold an independent or associate license in North Carolina. Accepted licenses include LCSW-A, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LCMHC, and LMFT.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• Experience working with teenagers and young adults.
• Strong group therapy skills and confidence using multiple therapeutic modalities.
• Availability for 12–40 hours per week; evening availability is required for full-time work.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools, EMR systems, and outcomes software.
