What you will do

• Provide telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients.
• Deliver individual and group mental health care in a virtual setting.
• Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, and EMDR.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians.
• Build strong client relationships through groups of up to eight participants.
• Support personalized treatment and improved outcomes for clients with complex needs.

Requirements

• Independent or associate licensure in Virginia is required. Accepted licenses include LMSW, Temporary Resident in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy license with Registration of Supervision, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• Experience with adolescents and young adults is highly preferred.
• Experience and confidence with multiple therapeutic modalities and group services.
• Availability for 12–40 hours per week depending on schedule; full-time clinicians must be available for evenings.
• Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes software.
