Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Pennsylvania)

Location: 100% remote within the United States. An independent or associate Pennsylvania license is required.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 full-time base salary plus bonus; part-time rate: $54–$66 per hour. Signing bonuses are available.

What you will do

• Provide telehealth mental health services to adolescents and young adults.
• Lead group-based care and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Integrate evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians.
• Deliver engaging, creative care through video sessions.
• Maintain a consistent caseload and transparent schedule.

Requirements

• Independent or associate licensure in Pennsylvania is required. Accepted licenses include LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LPC-A, and LAMFT.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• Experience with adolescents and young adults is preferred.
• Availability for 12–40 hours per week, depending on schedule.
• Full-time clinicians must be available for evening hours.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools, EMR systems, and outcomes software.
