Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Arkansas)

Location: Remote, Arkansas; Mountain Standard Time hours required

Full-time salary: $60,000–$70,000 base plus bonus. Part-time rate: $55–$65 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide telehealth mental health services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
• Lead group services and support therapeutic relationships with groups of up to eight clients.
• Integrate evidence-based modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians and care teams.
• Deliver care for complex behavioral health needs, including substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health clinicians only: LPC in any compact state or an independent license in Arkansas.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• Experience with adolescents and young adults is preferred.
• Availability for Mountain Standard Time hours; evening availability is required for full-time roles.
• Availability for 12–40 hours per week depending on part-time or full-time W-2 status.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools, EMR systems, and outcomes software.
