Talent Acquisition Specialist (Oncology)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to create strategic staffing plans for assigned functional areas.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, and offers.
• Build candidate pipelines through internal and external digital platforms and long-term candidate relationships.
• Improve the candidate experience through career coaching and effective communication with active and passive candidates.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill positions and support employer brand and employee value proposition initiatives.
• Provide recruiting support to partner practices and help the broader HR team improve scalable processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven success in meeting hiring goals and recruiting metrics.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and developing strategic recruiting plans.
• Strong interviewing, communication, influencing, analytical, critical-thinking, project-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with social media and digital sourcing platforms, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.
