Senior Talent Advisor

Location: Fully remote; candidates must reside within the state of Texas

What you will do

• Partner with practice, operational, and clinical leaders to develop talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead intake and strategy discussions covering role outcomes, success factors, hiring approaches, and workforce planning.
• Provide labor market, talent availability, compensation, and competitive-practice insights.
• Advise leaders on offer strategy, total rewards, closing approaches, and equitable hiring decisions.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, build relationships with passive talent, and represent the Texas Oncology employer brand.
• Use recruiting analytics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and coach hiring leaders on interviews and selection quality.

Requirements

• Residence within the state of Texas is required for this fully remote position.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on strategic recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leaders in a consultative capacity.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and recruitment best practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as nursing, allied health, or medical technology.
• Familiarity with healthcare education pipelines and accreditation standards.
• Experience supporting leaders in complex or high-volume environments.
• SHRM, HRCI, or a similar professional certification.
